Ingredient:
- 600g of Vegan Conditioning Vegetarian Pulp
- A little pepper powder
- 1 1/2 cup of Vegetable stock
- 1/2 tsp of thyme
- 1/2 tbsp of Paprika
- 3 tbsp of mustard paste
- 1/4 tbsp of sugar
- 1 cup of coconut milk
- a pinch of salt
Cooking Method:
- First, shape the Ruzhai vegan conditioning vegetarian pulp into large meat loaf, and put them in the refrigerator to cool for later use.
- Bring vegetable stock, thyme, paprika, sugar, mustard and other seasoning powder to a boil, put vegan meatloaf into the pot and turn small heat simmer for 15 mins. Then take it out and let it cool.
- Making coconut milk sauce, bring it to a boil and add salt, then turn small heat then cook until the sauce thicken, set aside.
- Slice the vegan meatloaf, then fry on medium heat on both sides for 2 minutes, sprinkle with pepper and serve.
- Add your favorite vegetables on the plate, pour over the coconut milk sauce and enjoy.
