French Vegan Meatloaf

Ingredient:

  • 600g of Vegan Conditioning Vegetarian Pulp
  • A little pepper powder
  • 1 1/2 cup of Vegetable stock
  • 1/2 tsp of thyme
  • 1/2 tbsp of Paprika
  • 3 tbsp of mustard paste
  • 1/4 tbsp of sugar
  • 1 cup of coconut milk
  • a pinch of salt

Cooking Method:

  1. First, shape the Ruzhai vegan conditioning vegetarian pulp into large meat loaf, and put them in the refrigerator to cool for later use.
  2. Bring vegetable stock, thyme, paprika, sugar, mustard and other seasoning powder to a boil, put vegan meatloaf into the pot and turn small heat simmer for 15 mins. Then take it out and let it cool.
  3. Making coconut milk sauce, bring it to a boil and add salt, then turn small heat then cook until the sauce thicken, set aside.
  4. Slice the vegan meatloaf, then fry on medium heat on both sides for 2 minutes, sprinkle with pepper and serve.
  5. Add your favorite vegetables on the plate, pour over the coconut milk sauce and enjoy.
