Stir-fry vegan minced meat and vegetable in black bean sauce

Ingredient:

  • 600g of Vegan Conditioning Vegetarian Pulp
  • 1 carrot (diced)
  • 1 teaspoon ginger (minced)
  • 2 tbsp of soybean drum paste
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp chili sauce
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil

Preparation:

  • After heating the pan, add oil and sauté minced ginger until fragrant, then add Conditioning pulp and fry until golden brown.
  • Add diced carrot and stir-fry until the ingredients are cooked through.
  • Add the soybean drum paste, stir-fry and season evenly, then serve.
  • Suitable with rice or noodles. Or stir-fry with all kind of vegetables.
