Ingredient:
A package of Hash Brown Triangle
Vegetables (Pepper, mushroom, pumpkin or sweetcorn sprout etc.)
500g Fried Oil
Fried batter-
150g cake flour
3 table spoons of tapioca flour
3 table spoons of white vinegar
A little salt
300g water
Cooking Method:
1、Defrost hash brown triangle from fridge, chop vegetable to properly size. Mix flour, vinegar, salt and water evenly to a fried batter.
2、Heat oil to 150°C (375°F). Coat the vegetables with a thin layer of fried batter and deep-fry for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally to ensure even cooking. Take out and drain oil.
3、Repeat the above steps until the vegetables are cooked through. Continue frying hash brown triangles until golden brown.
