Ingredient:
a package of Hash brown Triangle
A little shredded romaine lettuce or cabbage
A zucchinis
30g all purpose of flour
300g milk
a little salt
a little pepper
a half bowl of cheese powder
Cooking Method:
- Defrost Hash Brown triangle from fridge.
- Slicing zucchinis. And drizzling olive oil the seasoning salt and pepper.
- Preheat oven or air flyer to 180 degree.
- Making white sauce, first of all, stir flour and milk in pan with median heat until sauce become sticky.
Add shredded cabbage, 1/2 cheese and season salt and pepper. Stir well then put into baking tray. - In the bottom of tray, put white sauce, then put hash brown triangle, zucchinis and cheese layer by layer on top. Bake 8-10 mins until turn golden color.
- It is good combination to drizzle fruit sauce and cheese savory.
