Vegan BBQ Hash Brown Triangle

Ingredient:

1 Hash Brown Triangle

A bell Pepper

1 Tofu skin

5-6 piece of mushrooms or king oyster mushroom

10~15 piece of sweetcorn sprout

a little olive oil

a little salt

a little pepper

 

Cooking Method:

  1. Defrozen Hash brown triangle from fridge.
  2. Preheat air flyer or oven to 170 degreee for 3 mins。
  3. Cut bell pepper and tofu skin evenly, drizzling olive oil and sprinkle salt and pepper.
  4. Skew other vegetable and hash brown triangle with bamboo. Put on baking tray to roast for 5 mins.
  5. Turn over and roast another 5 mins.
  6. Dipping fruit sauce could enhance BBQ flavor.
