1 pack Ju Chai Vegan fish balls
2 square of fried tofu
A chunk of radish
A box of baby corn
3 King oyster mushrooms
A stalk of celery
A handful of mung bean vermicelli
2 tablespoons of sweet chili sauce
A pinch of shichimi powder
A pinch of crystal sugar
Cooking method:
- 1. Cut the ingredients into fried tofu, radish, baby corn, and oyster mushrooms, and shred the celery and prepare.
- 2. Boil a pot of hot water, then cook the radish until soft, about 10 minutes. Blanch Ju Chai vegan fish balls, fried tofu, baby corn, and king oyster mushrooms. Seasoning with salt then add minced celery. Ready to serve. Mung bean vermicelli can also be added for Tamsui style.
- 3. Cooking special sweet chili sauce, firstly add sweet chili sauce, crystal sugar and shichimi powder in a small pot. When sugar melts turn off the heat, and let it cool to serve.
