Vegetarian fish balls and mushrooms soup

Material:
Ju Chai fish balls
6 shiitake mushrooms
A piece of burdock
A box of baby corn
Ginger shredded
A little spring sprouts
Seasoning: salt, crystal sugar, pepper

Cooking Methods:

  1. 1. Prepare the ingredients:Chop the mushrooms, baby corn and burdock into chunks, fry them in oil first, cut off the spring sprouts, and shred the ginger.
  2. 2. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add fish balls, shiitake mushrooms, burdock, baby corns, shredded ginger, turn to medium heat and continue to cook for 15 minutes. Cook until bring out the burdock and shiitake mushrooms flavor, then add spring sprouts in final 3 minutes.
  3. 3. Seasoning with salt, pepper and crystal sugar, then ready to serve it.
