Stir-fry vegan lamb and veggie

Ingredients:
A pack of Ju chai vegan mutton
4 tablespoon of Vegetable oil
A box of baby corn
A little fresh ginger, sliced
1 Broccoli, chopped
1 red pepper, shred
6 shiitake mushroom
2 tablespoons soybean sauce
1 teaspoon crystal sugar
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon Shichimi
1/2 tablespoon Salt
A touch of sesame oil
A tablespoon Shacha sauce
Methods:

  1. 1、Blanch the broccoli with boiling water and salt. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2、After heating the pan, turn to medium heat and add ginger slices and stir-fry until fragrant, then add vegetarian mutton, shiitake mushrooms, red peppers, broccoli and baby corn. Stir-fry for 3 minutes.
