Mixed fried vegetarian crispy meat

Material:
A pack of Ju Chai vegetarian flavored crispy meat
1 zucchini
One red pepper
A box of baby corn
6 shiitake mushrooms
One potato
A touch of vegetable oil
Seasoning: Pepper, salt, spicy powder
Cooking method:

  1. 1. Preheat the air fryer to 200 degrees.
  2. 2. Chopped the potatoes, zucchini, red pepper and shiitake mushrooms into chunks, close in size, together with the vegetarian crispy meat and baby corn, put them into the air fryer basket, sprinkle a little vegetable oil on top, bake for about 7~8 minutes, sprinkle oil again after turning over, and bake for 3 minutes.
