Vegetarian crispy meat soup

Material:
One pack of Ju Chai flavored crispy meat
A bamboo sprout
6 shiitake mushrooms
A large piece of Fungus
A carrot
A pack of enoki mushrooms
A small chunk of ginger, shredded
2 teaspoons of salt
1 tablespoon vinegar
A pinch of crystal sugar
A pinch of pepper
A little bit of sesame oil
  Method:

  1. 1. Shred the bamboo sprouts, shiitake mushrooms, fungus, carrots and ginger, wash the enoki mushrooms, and boil a pot of water for later use.
  2. 2. After heating the pan with oil, add the vegetarian crispy meat, ginger shreds and shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry until fragrant. Then add hot water, put in bamboo sprouts, shiitake mushrooms, fungus, carrots and boil, and finally add the vegetarian crispy meat and bring to boil again for about 2 minutes.
  3. 3. Add salt and crystal sugar. Before serve, add sesame oil, vinegar and pepper. Enjoy it.
