Ingredient:
1 pack of Ju Chai vegan mutton
1 cucumber, sliced
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 teaspoons of crystal sugar
A pinch of Shacha sauce
A little bit of mirinn
A pinch of peanut flour
- Method:
1. Preheat the air fryer (oven) to 200 degrees, skewer the vegetarian mutton with bamboo skewers for easy access, spray a little oil on it, then put into air fryer (oven) bake 10 minutes, turn over and bake for another 8 minutes.
