BBQ Vegan lamb

Ingredient:
1 pack of Ju Chai vegan mutton
1 cucumber, sliced
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 teaspoons of crystal sugar
A pinch of Shacha sauce
A little bit of mirinn
A pinch of peanut flour

  1. Method:
    1. Preheat the air fryer (oven) to 200 degrees, skewer the vegetarian mutton with bamboo skewers for easy access, spray a little oil on it, then put into air fryer (oven) bake 10 minutes, turn over and bake for another 8 minutes. Take out when the edge become crispy.
  2. 2. Slice the cucumber or your favorite ingredients.
  3. 3. Prepare the barbecue sauce, put the vinegar, soy sauce, rock sugar, peanut flour, shacha sauce, and mirinn into a small pot, stir continuously, bring to a boil by medium heat, and let it cool and set.
  4. 4. Barbecue vegetarian lamb skewers with creative sauce can be easily cooked at home.
