Vege Sparerib brown rice porridge

Easy Chinese Vege Stew; tender sparerib is good for slow cooking. Preparing good brow rice porridge just simply add jujubes,astragalus and goji berry. Perfect vege winder stew combination. 1 pack of vege spare rib
1 cup of brown rice
10 Jujubes
A little Astragalus
2 tablespoon of goji berry
5 mushrooms
1800 CC of water
Cooking method:

    1. Wash the brown rice, soak shiitake mushrooms and cut them into chunk.
    2. Pour 1800 cc of water in a pot and add brown rice to bring to a boil.
    3. Add the shiitake mushrooms, jujube and astragalus and simmer over low heat.
    4. After the rice grains are softened, add vege sparerib and simmer another 15-20 minutes.
    5. Sprinkle kogi berry for final touch.
