Ingredient:
- 600g of Vegan Conditioning Vegetarian Pulp
- 1 carrot (diced)
- 1 teaspoon ginger (minced)
- 2 tbsp of soybean drum paste
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 tsp chili sauce
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
Preparation:
- After heating the pan, add oil and sauté minced ginger until fragrant, then add Conditioning pulp and fry until golden brown.
- Add diced carrot and stir-fry until the ingredients are cooked through.
- Add the soybean drum paste, stir-fry and season evenly, then serve.
- Suitable with rice or noodles. Or stir-fry with all kind of vegetables.
