Ingredient:
- 600g of Vegan Conditioning Vegetarian pulp
- 2 tbsp of fermented soybean chili paste
- 2 tsp minced ginger
- A touch of cornstarch
- 1 box of soft bean curd
- 1 bowl water
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
Preparation:
1、Cut bean curd into small squares and set aside.
2、Bringing up the heat of pot and fry ginger and fermented soybean chili paste until fragrant. Then add vegan conditioning vegetarian pulp to sauté until fluffy, golden and brown.
3、Adding bean curd and gently stir then add water turn small heat to stem a while.
4、Adding cornstarch water then drizzling sesame oil, then serve.
